Professor Vincenzo Di Maria, lecturer at the University of Bologna, was welcomed at AAB College by Rector Blerim Olluri, the Vice Rector for International Relations, Venera Llunji, the Director of the Project Office, Ilirjana Geci, and the CreaTech Project Coordinator, Agron Mustafa.
The workshop was organized within the Capacity Building program of the CreaTech project for the academic staff of AAB College, as well as for online participants from project partner institutions.
Held in hybrid format (onsite and online), the workshop addressed the topic “CCIs and Innovation – Service Design Lab (Unit 1.2, Module 1).” The activity provided an introduction to the principles and methodologies of service design, focusing on developing innovative solutions for the cultural and creative industries.
Participants were introduced to the service design process, including research techniques, persona and user journey development, as well as the creation of service blueprints. Following the theoretical component, they engaged in practical exercises to address potential challenges in designing cultural and creative services that promote sustainability and inclusion.
Joining Professor Di Maria in this workshop was Claudia Busetto, who contributed online in support of group discussions and activities. The CreaTech project is funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology under the European Commission’s Horizon Europe funding scheme.
