As part of expanding international cooperation and increasing participation in competitive
projects, the Project Development Office at AAB College held a meeting with a delegation from
the University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden, Germany.
The meeting was led by the Director of the Project Development Office, Ilirijana Geci, together with Project Officer Flaka Jonuzi, while the German delegation consisted of Dr. Paul Voerkel, M.Eng. Venkata Prashanth Uppapalati, Prof. Dr. Kurt Englmeier, and Prof. Dr. Frank Schödel.
During the meeting, the work and development of the Project Development Office at AAB College were presented, including numerous applications and active participation in international calls, as well as the institution’s commitment to being part of significant European and global projects.
The parties discussed concrete opportunities for cooperation within international projects, with a focus on establishing joint consortia and submitting joint applications in strategic fields such as technology and economics.
The German delegation expressed a particular interest in deepening cooperation in project development, recognizing AAB College’s potential as an active and reliable partner in international initiatives.
This meeting represents an important step toward strengthening institutional capacities in project development and enhancing the international cooperation of AAB College.
