As part of its academic and practical activities, the Faculty of Law at AAB College organized a practical session of the Arbitration Tribunal with fourth-year students within the course “Arbitration,” led by Professor Mentor Lecaj.
This session was organized with the aim of enabling students to practice their dispute resolution skills and apply their theoretical knowledge of arbitration procedures in practice. During the activity, students assumed various procedural roles and conducted an arbitration process by presenting legal arguments and positions.
Through this activity, students had the opportunity to develop their professional skills, legal communication, and teamwork, while gaining valuable practical experience for their future careers.
