AAB College organized a lecture on building customer profiles in digital business

The Faculty of Economics at AAB College held a lecture within the course “Collection and Processing of Digital Data,” featuring Besart Vllahinja, an expert in digital transformation and data analysis with over a decade of experience in both the public and private sectors.

During the lecture, he addressed the topic “Customer Intelligence: How to Build a Customer Profile in Digital Business?”, focusing on methods of constructing customer profiles, the role of AI technologies, the importance of personalization in marketing and sales, as well as privacy issues in the digital age.

Students had the opportunity to gain practical insights and engage in discussions on the importance of data usage in developing modern business strategies.

In conclusion, the ever-increasing role of digital data in business decision-making was emphasized, and students were encouraged to deepen their knowledge in this field, which is becoming a key pillar of digital business.
