Uveis Smajli from the Faculty of Computer Science, Cybersecurity program, participated in Balkan Cybersecurity Days 2026 (#BCD26), one of the most important international cybersecurity events.
During this event, Uveis presented to international professionals and experts on the topic: “The Role of OSINT Communities in Strengthening Cyber Resilience and Improving Crisis Response in Kosovo.”
His presentation highlighted the importance of gathering intelligence from publicly available sources to identify risks, improve responses to emergency situations, and enhance the security of critical infrastructure.
Uveis’s participation demonstrates the dedication and potential of AAB College students and serves as a valuable opportunity to gain advanced knowledge, build professional connections, and present Kosovo as a country that invests in emerging cybersecurity talent.
