As part of its ongoing commitment to promoting education, culture, and reading culture in the Balkans, the AAB College Library has donated approximately 63 new book titles to the “Gjergj Fishta” Library in Lezhë, Albania.
This initiative reflects AAB College’s broader mission to support academic development, library cooperation, and cultural exchange between Kosovo and Albania, strengthening access to quality literature for students, researchers, and the wider public.
The Director of the AAB College Library, Urim Sallauka, emphasized the importance of inter- institutional cooperation and the role of libraries as key centers for knowledge dissemination, literacy development, and cultural advancement. He highlighted that such initiatives contribute to building a stronger reading culture and improving access to academic and educational resources.
The donation aims to enrich the library’s collection and provide improved access to academic books, educational resources, and contemporary literature, benefiting readers, young people, and researchers who regularly use the “Gjergj Fishta” Library.
Both the AAB College Library and the AAB Publishing House remain strongly committed to supporting initiatives that promote education in Albania and Kosovo, encourage reading habits, and expand access to high-quality academic and cultural publications for all categories of readers.
