The Summer School 2021 “Student Social Life” has solemnly started, organized by AAB College in cooperation with the University “Isa Boletini” from Mitrovica, the State University of Tetova and the Metropolitan University from Tirana.

In the opening ceremony of the first edition of this Summer School, to open this activity, a speech was delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at AAB College, prof.ass.dr. Hysen Kasumi. While the initiative of this organization was greeted and praised by the rector of AAB College, Bujar Demjaha, professor Sonila Daiu from the Metropolitan University of Tirana, and assistant Ridvan Aliti from the University of Tetova.

On the first day of the Summer School, in the Media Center at AAB College, the debate “Opportunities of higher education institutions in the development of students’ social life” was held. Afterwards, the participating students of the School, accompanied by the academic staff and with the support of the Ministry of Culture, visited the National Museum of Kosovo and the ancient city “Ulpiana” in Gracanica.

While on the second day of the Summer School, the participants were welcomed in the premises of the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini”. On this occasion, a debate was held with students on the topic “The importance of student social life: Examples from the experiences of international institutions – Student social life at the University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica.

After the debate, students and staff visited the Museum of Crystals in Mitrovica.

At the end of this activity, certificates were awarded to the participants for their contribution to the Summer School 2021.
