Within the program for human resources capacity building, AAB University initiated the implementation of the project to professionally upgrade its teaching staff.

100 teaching staff from all AAB academic units, voluntary participants, participated in two workshops as part of this training held on 30 January 2015 in Prevalla and 24February in Pristina.

The purpose of this training, certified by the AAB Institute, is to enhance the quality of teaching and study environment in AAB, through enhancing knowledge and pedagogical skills of the teaching staff.
