Within the framework of the “Winter Program 2023” organized by QAPI for the professional development of staff, on February 23, 2023 from 09:00-16:30, in hall A-211, the second module “Methodology of higher education from the perspective of adult learning principles”, with trainers Arbërore Bicaj and Fadil Latifi.

This module transforms the principles of adult pedagogy into teaching practices in higher education. The eight principles of adult learning are discussed in the context of current practices and in the context of the exchange/construction of teaching practices with the aim of ensuring a student-centered approach and increasing the efficiency of studies.
