The Center for Professional Training and Innovation of AAB College has begun the “Winter Program 2023”, for the professional development of the institution’s staff.

In the first module “Assessment of students based on competences and construction of grade”, trainers Shemsedin Vehapi and Xhavit Rexhaj, through presentations and conversation, discussed ideas and experiences in student assessment.

Present at this training were the academic staff of AAB College, who proposed methods of assessment that should be conducted to students by comparing them with the current methods of assessment.

Among other things, during the training, emphasis was placed on the concept of teaching with the student at the center.
