The main purpose of this lecture that was held by Prof. Dr. Mirlinda Batalli, was to increase the role of civil society in Kosovo and contribute to better access to justice through citizen involvement in oversight of the justice system.

The lecture was concluded with a discussion session between students and the lecturer about the functioning of the justice system in the country.
