With the support and collaboration of American Embassy in Prishtina, the Faculty of English language, conducted recently a-four day training for the academic staff of AAB. The main training theme was “Teaching Methodology”, involving the teaching strategies and techniques, styles of teaching and learning. The training was carried out by the Education expert Dr. Ann Snow.

The aims of training were reflecting upon the latest approaches of teaching and learning, maintaining the balance between theory and practice, providing students assistance in finding literature and other information resources with the purpose of creating a useful level of knowledge during their studies, that afterwards will enable them to apply it either to their work places or further scientific studies. Also one of the main themes of this training was the interactive approach in teaching process. 

Nearly 30 teachers of the abovementioned Faculty attended the training, also being awarded with a certificate at the end of the training for their active participation and given contribution during.
