AAB College admitted in the Association of European Universities (EUA)

6 November 2021

AAB College has accepted the confirmation of admission to the European University Association.

Through a letter which was sent by EUA Secretary General Amand Crowfoot, it is announced that the EUA Council, as the highest governing body of the Association decided to grant AAB College the status of a member of the association.

The Association of European Universities (EUA) was founded in 2001, as a result of the merger of the former Association of European Universities (CRE, founded in 1959) and the Confederation of Conferences of Rectors of the European Union.

Today, as we are speaking, EUA represents more than 800 universities and national conferences of rectors in 48 European countries. The EUA plays a crucial role in the Bologna Process and in influencing EU policies on higher education, research and innovation. Through ongoing interaction with a number of other European and international organizations, the EUA ensures that the independent voice of European universities is heard.
