The Faculty of Mass Communication of AAB College will once again be the co-organizer of an international scientific conference, which will be held in Athens.

The 8th Conference on Communications and Management (ICCM2023) “What will Communication be like?” Future directions on global challenges and tensions” will be held on December 4-7 this year, organized by the Institute of Communications of Greece, Aristotle University, AAB College, King Graduate School at Monroe College, etc.

According to the dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Hasan Saliu, this is the second time that the Faculty of Mass Communication has been invited to be a partner in the organization of the international scientific conference in Athens. “Two years ago, we were also a partner, alongside the University of Aristotle, Versailles, and even the University of Paris Saclay (16th in the world), while the Institute of Communications of Greece has twice been a partner in our conferences in Pristina”.

According to prof. Saliu, the Faculty of Mass Communication has already turned into a central forum of scientific events in the region and has a network of scientific cooperations which are more and more active than any other Albanian university in the Balkans. “We have brought to our scientific forum in Prishtina the oldest school of journalism in the world, École Supérieure de Journalisme-Paris, then the University of Perugia, Krakow, co-organizers of conferences with the University of Florence, we have had key speakers from Bologna, Sorbonne, etc.” he said.

Also, the Faculty of Mass Communication has held several scientific conferences with the universities of the region, while with the University of Tirana it holds annual scientific student conferences.
