AAB College’s Career and Employment program marks 4th anniversary of establishment

21 June 2022

The Career and Employment Program today marks the 4th anniversary of its establishment, which for four years in a row has been the go-to place for nursing students who intend to practice their profession in Germany and further develop their professional skills. Mirlinda, Endriti, Elona, Besmirja, Ardiana, Gentiani are just some names who, through the Career and Employment Program, today are working in the partner clinics of the Program, and are the face of the work and commitment of the Career and Employment Program.

The Career and Employment Program Office was established on June 21, 2018, as a collaboration project between AAB College, the largest clinics in Germany, and the LINGUA German Language Training Institution.

The Career and Employment Program for 4 years running now is synonymous with lifelong opportunities for nursing students at AAB College. The program offers nursing students the opportunity to learn German free of charge, a work contract in prestigious German clinics that are partners of our Program, the completion and translation of all documentation in the German language, and support in the application procedures at the German Embassy in Prishtina for a work visa. Among other things, the Program office offers additional hours in the field of nursing with health professionals from Germany to assist with the license exam in Germany for all students of the Program.

During the four-year work, the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at AAB College, in close cooperation with the German partners and Lingua, has developed a new curriculum specifically for our students in the Faculty of Nursing. The curriculum has adapted the necessary courses and practices in order to best prepare our students for the quality of work and professionalism required in Germany.

The Career and Employment Program office is open to all those students who do not want to waste time and practice their profession as a nurse in Germany.
