H.E. Richard Rodgers, Ambassador of Australia, Visits AAB College; Cooperation with Australian Universities in Focus

H.E. Richard Rodgers, Ambassador of Australia based in Zagreb, Croatia, accompanied by Ms. Dijana Padezanin, Economic and Political Officer, visited AAB College, where he was welcomed by the Rector of AAB College, Blerim Olluri, and the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Cooperation, Venera Llunji.

During the visit, key topics related to the development and progress of AAB College were discussed, including academic programs, modern infrastructure, and the institution’s engagement in the process of internationalization. Rector Olluri highlighted the strong potential for further development in technology and computer sciences at AAB College, with particular emphasis on artificial intelligence.

Ambassador Rodgers emphasized the importance of quality education and the education of younger generations, underlining activities that contribute to students’ personal and professional development. He also discussed opportunities for cooperation with universities in Australia, approaches to hybrid and online learning, and the importance of international students in strengthening the academic community of AAB College.

The meeting served as an opportunity to deepen academic cooperation and to address important issues in higher education, teaching, professional training, and internationalization.
