Centre for Political Courage (CPC) and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Kosovo (MEST), supported by the Regional Research Promotion Programme Western Balkans (RRPP), are organizing a training on “Writing Competitive Proposals for EU funded Projects” which will take place on 09-10 March 2017 at the MEST premises in Prishtina, Kosovo.
The main objective of this course is to train participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to design competitive projects within the scope of the EU Calls. In particular, this training:
• Helps participants to identify projects of interest and to make the most of their status, both in the role of partners and project coordinators;
• Facilitates the development of skills to submit innovative projects consistent with the requirements’;
• Promotes the development of abilities in the drafting of projects, including both the technical and the budgetary aspects.
The two day training will be delivered by prof. Eva Garea Oya, University of Vigo, Spain and Rafael de Paz, University of Leon, Spain.
CPC and MEST invite Kosovan researchers and individuals from universities, research institutions, think-tanks, independent policy-making institutes and other institutions dealing with research to apply for this training.

Filled in application forms should be sent by email at [email protected] no later than by 28th February 2017. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Please note that the selection of applicants will be made based on the applications provided. Criteria for selection of participants are the following:
– Qualifications (priority MA graduates or PhD candidate);
– Your involvement in academic and/or research field;
– Overall quality of application, including English;
– Gender balance in the workshop.
We will inform all applicants about the selection for participation for the training by 4th March 2017.
Please notice that the training will be delivered only in English language.
