The 10th Anniversary of Kosovo independence and this jubilee year conference aims to bring together academicians, researchers and personalities (local and international) that in various ways were engaged in the Kosovo process of independence. This is unique possibility where researchers with their studies will develop academic debate in one side, and on the other side they will be able to directly listen the key speakers of the conference who were engaged in declaring the Kosovo Independence, on the other side.
