As part of the Capacity Building program of the CreaTech project, AAB College hosted the workshop titled “Entrepreneurial Lab – Business Modelling Workshop” in the College Conference Hall, with participants from diverse fields. The workshop was led by Professor Agron Mustafa and Professor Kosovare Ukshini.
The workshop was delivered in a hybrid format (onsite and online) and included a lecture on Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Value Proposition Canvas (VPC), two essential tools for developing and designing business ideas. Following the lecture, participants engaged in a practical group exercise, where they had the opportunity to create and present innovative business ideas related to the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI).
The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ skills in business model development and prepare them for upcoming challenges in innovation and entrepreneurship.
