The Director of the Public Private Partnership Department in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kosovo, Ilir Rama, addressed the students of the Faculty of Public Administration of AAB College, held a lecture on the Public-Private Partnership.

Rama emphasized that PPP is a useful instrument for advancing services and attracting private investment.
