The MA Management program is designed to prepare qualified professionals with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of strategic management, human resource management, financial management, organizational innovation, and leadership of digital transformation. The program aims to equip students with the skills to lead organizations, make strategic decisions, and implement effective managerial policies in the dynamic environment of the global business world.
This program develops analytical, research, managerial, and decision-making skills, enabling students to critically understand contemporary management trends, organizational change, human capital development processes, and the management of financial and technological resources. Students learn to apply modern management and leadership theories to provide sustainable solutions in various economic, institutional, and social contexts.
The mission of the MA study program in Management is through the teaching and research process to align students with the demands of the labour market and the nature of business management, enabling them to transform their professional competence in the context of the development of managerial, analytical, strategic, research and creative skills in the fields of management. The program aims to provide genuine research and professional conditions that enable adequate preparation of students for the local, regional and international labour market.

According to Article 6 of the Regulation, candidates are eligible for MA studies if they have completed their Bachelor’s studies and earned at least 180/240 ECTS, depending on the program. Further conditions for admission to the MA program are:
The number of study places according to the decision of the KAA is 200 students per academic year.
Per the Regulation for Master’s Studies at AAB College, recognition of qualifications and transfer of studies are governed by Articles 9, 10, and 11 of this regulation. These articles outline the conditions, criteria, and procedures for admitting students from other higher education institutions, the transfer process, and the recognition and equivalence of previously studied courses.
Studies in the MA program in Management last 2 years (4 semesters) and comprise a total of 120 ECTS, with 60 ECTS per year and 30 ECTS per semester.
Upon completion of the studies, students are awarded the academic title Master of Arts in Management.
Graduates of the MA Management program are prepared for advanced professional positions such as general managers, project managers, human resource managers, organizational consultants, quality managers, directors of financial or operational departments, as well as entrepreneurs who develop and lead innovative enterprises in both local and international markets.
Learning outcomes in the MA Management program are assessed through written exams, research work, assignments, and presentations. The various methods used to evaluate student performance aim to assess research and literature review skills, data processing, application of research methods, computer literacy, the ability to contextualize and evaluate, presentation skills and professionalism, as well as cooperation and teamwork.
