AAB College, as one of eight partners in the Erasmus+ MORIN project, participated in the MORIN Final International Conference at the University of Vlora “Ismail Qemali”, titled “Mobility Recognition: Revision of Approaches and Practices for Regional Integration”. The project aims to enhance academic mobility, promote regional integration, and develop harmonized recognition frameworks.
“This conference marks a milestone in our collective effort to remove barriers to academic mobility,” said project coordinator Prof. Armela Panajoti from the University of Vlora.
The conference brought together higher education experts across Europe and the Western Balkans, who discussed transformative practices in internationalization strategies, mobility challenges, institutional reforms, curriculum transparency, and sustainable cooperation frameworks to bridge education and employment.
AAB College’s team included both MORIN project members and faculty representatives. From the project team, Prof. Aida Alla presented research on aligning AAB’s English language program with labor market needs. The college was also represented by faculty members Prof. Eriona Ajvazi and Prof. Blerta Haliti Baruti, who presented their research on mobility discourse in higher education.
The event concluded with a reinforced commitment to enhancing student mobility and academic harmonization across the region.
