On the title “How to win a job interview? – Secrets from an HR and business expert”, a lecture was held with the expert in this field, Gent Shala. This lecture was organized by the Career Center at AAB College, and students from various study programs participated.

Gent Shala explained in detail to the attendees what are some of the main points that we should keep in mind during job interviews. Based on his experience, he shared various examples from everyday life that show the steps followed for a successful interview and for further qualification.

The students also expressed their opinions on this topic, showing cases related to applications or interviews that they have conducted.
