KOSOVO POLICE AND AAB COLLEGE COLLABORATE ON TECHNOLOGY AND CYBERSECURITY

Prishtina, September 26, 2025 – The Kosovo Police with AAB College and RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) have signed a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening professional and academic capacities in information technology, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

The agreement was signed by Colonel Gazmend Hoxha, Director General of the Kosovo Police, and Dr. Blerim Olluri, Rector of AAB College, during a solemn ceremony held in Prishtina.

This partnership seeks not only to enhance the quality of public services but also to create concrete opportunities for students and academic staff to engage in projects with a direct impact on public safety and the country’s technological development.

Objectives and Areas of Cooperation

Under the agreement, the Kosovo Police and AAB College will collaborate in the following areas:

• Professional internships for students at the Kosovo Police, providing real-world and practical experience.
• Organization of study visits and joint exercises to respond to incidents and security scenarios.
• Development of projects in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, including advanced data analysis and software solutions.
• Joint training sessions and workshops, where police experts contribute to teaching, conferences, and specialized programs.
