Agon Rexhepi was born on March 9, 1996, in Pristina, where he completed his primary and secondary education. In 2017, he graduated from Universum College with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and in 2023, he completed his Master’s studies at AAB College in the field of Computer Science and Information Technology. Additionally, he has pursued advanced training and certifications, including “Build a Backend REST API with Python & Django – Advanced” from Udemy, a Python certification from EC-Council Learning, and ICT for Kosovo’s Growth, deepening his knowledge in application development and cybersecurity.
His professional journey began early, serving as an Assistant Professor at Universum College from 2016 to 2017, where he lectured and led exercises in programming subjects (Python, C#, SQL). He continued as a Web Developer at Milingona LLC and later as a Software Developer at Abidat SHPK, gaining experience with Java, Spring Boot, PHP, and WordPress technologies.
From 2019 to 2023, Agon served as a System and Database Administrator at the Kosovo Security Force, where he contributed to system maintenance, SQL database management, and Python scripting. In parallel, he worked on freelance projects as a Senior Software Engineer at Infin8cycle and later at Azum – Next Level Coaching, focusing on developing applications using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework, designing technical solutions, and integrating REST APIs.
Since March 2024, Agon has been a Lecturer at AAB College, teaching courses on programming and application development, preparing course syllabi, supervising student projects, and administering tests. Simultaneously, he has contributed as a Python Trainer at Prishtina REA, where he has lectured on Python fundamentals, data structures, and web application development using Django.
Agon Rexhepi is an expert in programming and system development with a focus on Python and Django, combining professional experience with academic involvement and the training of new generations of programmers in Kosovo. He is recognized for his commitment to developing high-quality applications, solving complex problems, and his ability to work both independently and within teams.
In his academic career, he lectures and supervises projects in subjects such as Python Programming, Django Web Framework, Data Structures, and Algorithms, Testing with UnitTest and Pytest, and Web Application Security.
Beyond his professional and academic engagements, Agon has actively participated in training and workshops related to cybersecurity and advanced technology development, including participating in the Cyber MWCKE Adriatic Thunder organized by the U.S. Army in Croatia.
Agon Rexhepi is a promising young professional in the technology field in Kosovo, dedicated to advancing technological capacities and developing innovative applications, contributing to the enhancement of education and professional development of young people in the country.
