Prof. Ass. Dr. Artan Fejzullahu was born on January 26, 1981, in Prishtina, where he also completed his secondary education. In 2010, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at AAB College (https://uni-aab.edu/). In 2012, he completed his postgraduate studies at USHT, North Macedonia, at the Faculty of Legal-Administrative Sciences (Mr.Sc). Furthermore, in 2019, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the University of Prishtina ‘Hasan Prishtina’, with the topic: “The challenge of organization and functioning of the state administration in the Republic of Kosovo,” being awarded the title Doctor of Legal Sciences, Constitutional-Administrative profile (https://uni-pr.edu/).
His professional experience began in 2010 initially as an Assistant in Constitutional and Administrative Law subjects at the Faculty of Law and Public Administration. From 2012–2014, he held a managerial position as Coordinator of the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at the Ferizaj branch. In 2014, by decision of the Senate of AAB College, he was elected Lecturer at the Faculty of Law. In 2015, he was appointed coordinator for practical work and student mentoring at the Faculty of Law. In 2024, Professor Fejzullahu was selected as a trainer at the Justice Academy, where he was also certified as a trainer in this institution for the training of newly appointed judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Kosovo.
Prof. Fejzullahu has an extensive academic activity. Since the academic year 2010/11, he has been part of the regular staff at AAB College where he lectures in legal field subjects: Introduction to Law, Interpretation of Law, Human Rights, Local Governance, Judicial Control of Administrative Acts, Comparative Administrative Law, Legal and Political Thought. Scientific work and conferences – His contribution to science includes a series of publications in indexed journals such as SCOPUS and Google Scholar. Among his most well-known works are:
