Prof. Ass. Dr. Egzonis Hajdari was born on April 4, 1990, in Prishtina, where he also completed his primary and secondary education. In 2012, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Prishtina with a degree in “General Law” (https://uni-pr.edu/). In 2014, he completed his postgraduate studies at the same institution in the field of “Civil and Property Law” earning the title of LL.M. Furthermore, in 2019, he defended his doctoral thesis at Marmara University, on the topic: “Fraud in the Law of Obligations – A comparative approach between Turkey and Kosovo”, and was awarded the title of PhD in Private Law (https://www.marmara.edu.tr/en).
His professional experience began within the framework of international projects, initially serving as a Legal Expert in the SIDA Project, supported by the Swedish Embassy in Kosovo. For two consecutive years, he contributed to working groups focused on the harmonization and adoption of environmental legislation in accordance with European Union law. As part of this project, he provided legal expertise for the development of environmental policies and the institutional strengthening of the sector. Furthermore, in 2018, he served as an External Advisor to the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, providing support in policy-making, the drafting of legal acts, and inter-institutional cooperation at both national and regional levels.
Prof. Assoc. Egzonis Hajdari is an academic and legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of civil and commercial law, actively engaged in both the academic and professional sectors in Kosovo. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at AAB College (www.kolegjiaab.com) within the Faculty of Law. At the same time, he practices as a licensed Attorney at Law registered with the Kosovo Bar Association (www.oak-ks.org), with a particular focus on civil and commercial cases. He represents both domestic and international clients in complex judicial and extrajudicial matters. His professional engagement is distinguished by a practical, ethical, and dedicated approach to the law and to the highest standards of legal representation.
Prof. Assoc. Egzonis Hajdari has maintained a consistent academic engagement. Since the 2020/21 academic year, he has been a full-time faculty member at AAB College, within the Faculty of Law, where he lectures in courses related to civil and labor law, including: Civil Law, Property Law, Real Estate Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Labor Law.
As part of his academic activity, he contributes to curriculum development, methodological support for students, and cooperation with higher education institutions both domestically and internationally.
His scholarly contribution includes numerous publications in internationally indexed journals such as SCOPUS, DOAJ, EBSCOhost, Google Scholar, and Crossref, focusing on civil law, property law, the law of obligations, and comparative law.
