Pranvera Dalloshi was born on 26 Prill 1985

Professional and Academic Experience: Prof. Ass. Dr. Pranvera Dalloshi is an academic and manager with extensive experience in the banking sector, private sector, and higher education in Kosovo. Her professional career began in 2006 as a Customer Relations Officer at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo (https://www.raiffeisen-kosovo.com/), where she continued to advance professionally through various positions, including: Junior Accountant (2009–2013), Tax Accountant (2013), Financial Reporting Specialist (2014–2018), and Senior Financial Reporting Specialist (2018–2019).

Between 2011 and 2023, she also served as the Operational and Financial Manager at Bliss sh.p.k (https://www.bliss-ks.com/), and since 2023 she holds the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Bliss sh.p.k is a company operating in the trade sector, developing a successful sales network and partnerships with well-known brands in the market. In addition, she has contributed as a software consultant for the company TekKos in Pristina (https://stom.io/home/), where she supported the alignment of digital solutions with the financial and operational needs of businesses.

In addition to her engagements in the private and banking sectors, Dr. Dalloshi has held, and continues to hold, an active role in higher education. During the period 2014–2015, she worked as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina (https://ekonomiku.uni-pr.edu/), while since 2019 she has been part of the academic staff at AAB College, where she holds the position of Assistant Professor (https://aab-edu.net/en/persons/pranvera-dalloshi-2/). She teaches at both bachelor and master levels, covering subjects in the fields of economics, finance, and management, such as: Operations Management, Management Information Systems, Process and Information Management, Managerial Accounting, Performance Management, and others. Additionally, for three years she lectured the course “European Business Laws and Regulations” as part of a project funded by Erasmus+, led by AAB College (Link).

Education:

Dr. Pranvera Dalloshi graduated in 2006 in the field of Banking, Finance, and Accounting from the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina. In 2010, she completed her master’s studies at the same faculty, earning the title Master of Economic Sciences (MSc), with the thesis: “The most recent methods of transfer pricing and their application – case study: Sharrcem.” In 2019, she was awarded the title Doctor of Economic Sciences in the field of economics from the same faculty, with the dissertation: “Business financing through bank loans and its impact on the value of investments in Kosovo: a comparative analysis with several Southeastern European countries” (https://uni-pr.edu/).

International Experience:

In April 2024, Dr. Dalloshi participated as a guest lecturer during the International Staff Week organized by SMK University of Applied Sciences in Vilnius, Lithuania (April 23–26, 2024). During this international event, titled “Empowering Education Through Research Integration: Global Practices and Insights,” she delivered lectures to bachelor-level students on the topic: “Overview of the Banking Sector in Developing Countries – the context of Kosovo.”

Master Thesis Supervision: In her role as academic mentor at AAB College, Dr. Dalloshi has actively supervised the development and defense of approximately 13 master’s theses in the fields of economics, finance, and management. The topics covered include empirical analyses and case studies that contribute to institutional development and the advancement of the private sector in Kosovo.

Fields of Research Interest: Development and impact of the banking sector on the economy, digitalization and digital skills in emerging markets, business environment, consumer behavior in the circular economy, and the impact of EU regulations on manufacturing economies.

  • In 2020, she presented the paper titled “Banks’ strategy to prevent bank runs during a pandemic crisis” at the scientific conference “Transformations and consequences in society due to COVID-19 pandemia”, organized by AAB College.
  • At the international conference “Western Balkans in Comparative Perspectives – European Social Survey”, she presented the paper titled “Minishengen as an opportunity for economic growth and raising the standard of living for the countries of the Western Balkans”, organized by the Western Balkans European Social Survey Regional Network.
  • In 2025, she presented the scientific paper “The transformation of accounting through artificial intelligence: A systematic literature review on the role of education and labor market demands” at the conference “Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Age of Transformation: Opportunities and Challenges”, organized by AAB College.

Other Research Contributions: Since 2022, Dr. Pranvera Dalloshi has been a member of the project team for “European Business Laws and Regulations – Competition in Europe”, a project funded by Erasmus+ and led by AAB College. As part of this important initiative aimed at raising awareness of the European legal framework among Kosovar businesses, she contributed as the first author of the manual “Doing Business in Europe” (June 2023), a publication dedicated to enterprises targeting the EU market. The project, implemented under the Jean Monnet Action, aims to: offer a teaching module on EU business laws and regulations, develop a practical manual on key EU legislation, and promote research by academic staff and students on the effects of these regulations on the creation and operation of businesses in Kosovo.
