Profesor

Velide Pulomemoj was born in the city of Vlora on February 13, 1995, where she completed her primary and secondary education. In 2016, she graduated from the Faculty of Nursing “Ismail Qemali” in the profile “General Nursing.” Later, in 2019, she completed her studies at the same university in the field of Nursing Sciences and received the title Master of Science in Nursing (MSc) (https://univlora.edu.al/). Currently, she is pursuing her Doctoral studies in the second year at the University “Tor Vergata”, Italy (PhD), in the Department of Biomedicine and Health Education in the field of Nursing Sciences and Public Health (https://web.uniroma2.it/), preparing all necessary documentation while also participating in conferences, writing articles, and promoting practical developments.

Her professional experience began by practicing the profession as a nurse for a short time:
Nurse, Health Center, Vlora (June–September 2019):
Facing emergencies acute cases, developing decision-making, patient communication skills.
She then continued as:
Lecturer, AAB College (October 2019–present):
Theoretical and practical teaching in nursing, trainings on various topics, student mentoring, participation in conference organizations and scientific activities. Played a key role in ensuring teaching quality and program improvement.

Involvement in Research and Projects has been a primary aim of her academic work by
creating a network with international collaborations (Italy, Albania, Kosovo) in the field of health education. She has also participated in institutional and international projects, contributing
to:
• The psychological impact of COVID-19 on staff
• Community education in the prevention of infections.
Regarding Institutional Roles and Organizational Activity, PhD Candidate Velide
Pulomemoj has participated in student mentoring, member of pedagogical and scientific
commissions. Organization and participation in educational activities and conferences within and outside AAB College. Also, continuous improvement of teaching methods by bringing new European perspectives.
