Prof. Vjollca Jusufi was born on November 2, 1982, in Pristina, where she completed primary and secondary education. In 2014, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy of Nursing from the Faculty of Education. In 2018, she earned a Master of Science degree in Health Management from AAB College. In 2020, she registered for a Ph.D. at Angela Boskin University in Slovenia, specializing in Nursing.
She began her career in 2002 at the Gynecology Clinic as a midwife. Later, she served as a lecturer at AAB College. Between 2016–2019, she was elected Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Nursing Chamber of Kosovo. From 2019–2022, she served as Chair of the Membership Committee of the Nursing Chamber. Between 2019–2022, she was also a trainer for nurses at Caritas Kosovo. From 2022–2026, she was elected Deputy Chair of the Membership Committee of the Nursing Chamber.
In 2024, she was appointed Health Inspector by the Ministry of Health.
In 2023–2024, she served as Chair of the Employment Committee at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (UCCK).
