The Arts and Architecture Festival at AAB College has opened for the sixth consecutive edition, with the theme “One with the Future”, where contemporary perspectives on art, architecture, technology and cities of the future are discussed.
The Rector of AAB College, Blerim Olluri, welcomed the attendees and said that the theme of this festival pushes us to reflect deeply on the evolving relationships between art, architecture, technology and urban realities.
“In this combination of creative disciplines and visionary thinking, we are not simply imagining the future, but we are engaging, building and challenging it to be more inclusive, more sustainable and more human. We are proud to be the home of the Faculty of Arts and Architecture, which embodies these values every day”, said Olluri, among other things.
The Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Fitim Aliu, expressed gratitude to all the academic staff and students who have contributed in various ways for 6 years to ensure that the festival is held in the best possible way, while saying that it is the ideal space for them to express their talents and learn new things about various topics that are covered during the five days.
The festival lasts until May 28, and began with a conference, to continue with the promotion of the book by Professor Memli Kelmendi “24 Piano Works for Children”, a fashion show by Fashion Design students, the “Hybrid Urbanity” workshop, an artistic colony of Painting students from AAB, and will conclude with the distribution of certificates to all those who contributed to this festival.
