Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Lecaj Participates in Professional Training at the Romanian-American University in Bucharest

Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Lecaj, Dean of the Faculty of Law at AAB College and professor of International Law, recently participated in a professional training program held at the Romanian-American University in Bucharest, Romania. The training took place within the framework of an intensive academic program titled “Preparing Students in an Intercultural Environment,” aimed at advancing modern teaching methodologies in diverse cultural and international contexts.

During his stay in Bucharest, Prof. Lecaj took part in a series of training sessions focused on the professional development of academic staff and the improvement of teaching practices in a globalized educational environment. The sessions emphasized the preparation of students for the challenges of the global job market, the creation of interactive classrooms, and the importance of cultural sensitivity in the educational process.

The training also included strategic meetings with representatives of the host university’s management and other participating institutions from various countries. These meetings resulted in new collaboration initiatives that include joint research projects, academic and student exchange programs, and the organization of joint academic activities that support the internationalization of higher education.

Prof. Lecaj’s participation in this training highlights the Faculty of Law’s and AAB College’s ongoing commitment to academic development and international cooperation, in line with the institution’s vision for quality enhancement and global engagement in higher education.
