Rondine Cittadella della Pace, is an Italy-based NGO that since 1997 works to promote dialogue and conflict transformation. The organization provides high-level training for young people from conflict or post-conflict areas (Middle East, Balkans, Caucasus, Africa, South America) and offers an original program based in the Rondine World House (Tuscany).

The call for applications to join the Rondine 2021/2023 program is now open. Selected young professionals will receive a full financial scholarship.

Applicants must be aged 21-28, have a Bachelor’s degree or graduate this year, be active members of society, and above all, must be willing to spend two years of his / her life working on various topics related to peacebuilding and conflict transformation. The program includes participation in trainings and seminars, accompanied by an academic program (a master’s degree or any other higher form of specialization).
