Students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at AAB College took part in a professional training course held at the Sun Hill Skii Center in North Macedonia.
The course forms an integral part of the study program and aims to equip students with practical competencies in implementing educational and training practices in alpine skiing. Through hands-on instruction and field practice, students developed their technical skills and pedagogical approaches related to winter sports instruction.
The course was conducted under the supervision of the course holder, Prof. Zenel Metaj, with the active engagement of Professors Besim Gashi and Shkëlzen Shala.
As part of the program, joint sessions were also organized with students from Mother Teresa University in Skopje, from the Sport and Sport Sciences program. This collaboration provided an excellent opportunity for exchanging experiences, engaging in recreational activities together, and deepening knowledge of skiing techniques, methodologies, and sport-specific practices.
The activity reflects the Faculty’s commitment to combining academic instruction with practical experience and fostering inter-institutional cooperation in the field of sport and physical education.
