AAB COLLEGE PRESENTS THE FINDINGS OF THE PROJECT “SUSTAINEDU: ADVANCING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION

On October 6, 2025, researchers and experts from Kosovo, Albania, Poland, and the Czech Republic gathered to present the findings of the project SustainEdu: Advancing Sustainable Development in Higher Education, led by AAB College.

During the symposium, the research report “Awareness and Engagement of Students and Faculty with the SDGs: A Study of AAB College, European University of Tirana, NEWTON University, and Powiślański University” was presented, highlighting key findings and best practices on how universities can strengthen their commitment to sustainability through teaching, research, and institutional practices.

The event stimulated meaningful discussions and reinforced international cooperation toward more sustainable higher education.

The project is co-financed by the governments of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia through the Visegrad Grants from the International Visegrad Fund. The Fund’s mission is to promote ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
