Today, Kimberly Riffe, United States Embassy Pristina, Department of Justice, International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (DOJ-ICITAP) Attaché held a lecture and meetings with the staff of AAB College.
Riffe first met with the rector of AAB College, Mr. Blerim Olluri, where they discussed the work being developed by both sides. During her lecture with the students of the Faculty of English Language and the Faculty of Law, she shared her many years of experience as a career law enforcement officer and commander and her work internationally with development assistance.
This program’s mission is to collaborate with governments to develop effective, professional, and transparent law enforcement capacities that protect human rights, combat corruption, and mitigate the threats of transnational crime and terrorism.
Among other things, she spoke about her previous engagements in different countries including Iraq, Mexico, Afghanistan, Jordan, West Bank, Bangladesh, and Pakistan in addition to the nearly seven years in Kosovo.
At the end of the lecture, the students asked the guest various security-related questions specific to the FBI National Academy and agencies.
