Trainers Arbërore Bicaj and Fadil Latifi have held the second training in a row within the “Winter Program 2023” organized by the Center for Professional Training and Innovation of AAB College.

The topic of this module was “Higher education methodology from the perspective of adult learning principles”. As a theme of discussion were the goals of this module, which posed the questions of why adults learn, how they learn, with methods of adult learning.

This module transforms principles of adult pedagogy into teaching practices in higher education.
