In honor of November 28, National Flag Day, the Faculty of Physical Culture organized a tournament for AAB College students in several disciplines, where they competed with 20 futsal teams, 8 basketball teams, 6 volleyball teams and 18 in table tennis.

The final matches took place on 02.12.2019 in the sports hall of AAB College.

The winners of the futsal, basketball and volleyball finals were, once again, the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. The student Valmir Dervishaj from the men’s team and student Bernisa Ismaili from the women’s team won first place in the ping-pong discipline.  

During the conclusion of the competition, the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sport, Prof. Ass. Dr. Fatmir Pireva, congratulated the students for the successes achieved, and for the fair games, without incident and without injury. He also thanked the referees and the organizing students for this excellent event, while also promising other sport events in the future.

On behalf of the Rectorate of AAB College, the participants were congratulated by the Vice Rector Prof. Ass. Dr. Shemsedin Vehapi, who also promised AAB College’s permanent support for such events.

Finally, the winners of the first three places from each discipline were awarded trophies, medals and other prizes.
