Today, the academic staff of AAB College has started the training for the advancement of the teaching methodology.

The training aims to increase pedagogical skills for teaching and student assessment, in order to increase the quality of studies at AAB College.

The training consists of unique modules with topics such as critical thinking in higher education, blended learning, student assessment context, feedback and assessment, learning outcomes and methodology, principles of adult learning, etc.

The training will last three days, and will be taught by proven connoisseurs and certified trainers, such as Prof. Dr. Bardhyl Musaj, Prof. Dr. Nikoleta Mita, Prof. Ass. Shemsedin Vehapi and Prof. Ass. Xhavit Rexhaj.

Improving the quality of studies is one of the main objectives of AAB College, so training for academic staff in step with contemporary trends in higher education, unlike in any other local institution, is a specialty of AAB College.
