The Faculty of Public Administration of AAB College aims to prepare students, through contemporary teaching methods, at the professional and academic level in the fields of public administration, political science, and diplomacy who will become competent for the labor market in Kosovo and beyond. To this end, the BA program in Public Administration aims to prepare students with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of public administration, enabling them to be equipped with essential competencies for further studies, specializations, and continuing professional education. The study program allows students to become skilled and act autonomously at a professional and academic level by engaging effectively with the public, the administration, and the management of public policies, respecting the ethical codes, and being competent in using information technology in public administration
The mission of the BA Public Administration program is: “through contemporary teaching and research approaches, equip students with high academic knowledge, practical skills, and scientific research skills, which enable students to competently respond to global changes and challenges that affect governance and public policies, and who influence the design and improvement of public policies for the benefit of the community in Kosovo and beyond.”

Bachelor’s degree programs are open to all candidates who have completed their secondary education, possess the required documentation, and meet the minimum admission criteria set by the Senate. According to Article 5 of the Regulation for Bachelor’s Studies, the admission requirements are as follows:
The number of study places according to the decision of the KAA is 200 students per academic year.
According to the Regulation for Bachelor Studies at AAB College, the recognition of qualifications and the transfer of studies are governed by Articles 6, 7, and 8 of this regulation. These articles outline the conditions, criteria, and procedures for admitting students from other higher education institutions, the process for transferring credits, and the steps for recognizing and equating previously completed courses.
Studies in the BA program in Public Administration last 3 years, 180 ECTS, with a total of 6 semesters.
Upon completion of studies, students earn the academic title Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration (Specialisation in Public Administration or Political Science and Diplomacy).
Graduates of the BA Public Administration program with a specialization in Public Administration and Political Science and Diplomacy enjoy wide employment opportunities in public institutions at the local and central levels, as well as in international organizations.
They may be employed in ministries, government agencies, municipalities, public administration offices, diplomatic services, consular representations, embassies, and foreign policy institutions. Additionally, graduates can engage in civil society organizations, international organizations, European integration projects, as well as in the private sector in roles related to project management, public relations, public policy analysis, and administrative management.
Learning outcomes in the Public Administration program are assessed through a combination of methods, including written exams, practical skills assessments, projects, research papers, assignments, and presentations. These diverse assessment methods aim to measure a range of key competencies, such as research and literature review skills, data processing and analysis, application of research methodologies, computer proficiency, the ability to contextualize and evaluate information, presentation skills and professionalism, as well as collaboration and teamwork abilities.
