AAB College welcomed Ms. Silvana Verdiani from the European Commission, who conducted a monitoring visit within the framework of Erasmus+ projects, with a special focus on the WB-Edu4Migration project.
The visit began with a meeting with the Rector of AAB College, Dr. Sc. Blerim Olluri, the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Prof. Venera Llunji, the Director of the Projects Office, Ms. Ilirjana Geci, and Ms. Mimika Dobroshi from the Erasmus+ Office in Kosovo. At this meeting, the role of international projects in the institutional development of AAB and cooperation with European partners was discussed.
Ms. Verdiani met with the Project Office team, represented by Erëza Mehmeti, as well as with the institutional coordinator of the WB-Edu4Migration project, Ardian Sallauka. During the meeting, the results to date, the implementation dynamics and the next steps in the implementation of the work packages were presented.
Part of the visit was also the monitoring of the Training of Trainers (ToT) session, which was being held at AAB within the framework of Work Package 4. Ms. Verdiani was closely acquainted with the practical training activities, the involvement of academic staff and the cooperation with Western Balkan partners.
The visit concluded with a tour of AAB College premises, including laboratories, teaching spaces and infrastructure dedicated to projects.
AAB College assesses this visit as an important step in strengthening cooperation with the European Commission, as well as in advancing the institution’s international projects.
