Enis Mulolli

Dr. Sc. Enis Sh. Mulolli was born on December 20, 1989, in Podujevë, Kosovo. He completed his primary education at the “Hasan Ramadani” School in the village of Shajkoc and his secondary education at the “Aleksandër Xhuvani” School in Podujevë. In 2012, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina (https://uni-pr.edu/) in the study program “Management and Informatics,” earning the title Bachelor of Science in Management and Informatics (BSc). In 2015, he completed his postgraduate studies at the same institution and in the same field, obtaining the title Master of Economic Sciences in Management and Informatics (MSc). In 2024, he successfully completed his doctoral studies at the public University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje (https://ukim.edu.mk/), where he earned the title Doctor of Organizational Sciences and Management (Management) (Dr. Sc.).

 

Dr. Sc. Enis MULOLLI began his academic journey in higher education in 2025 by joining Oxford Business College (OBC), United Kingdom (https://oxfordbusinesscollege.ac.uk/), as a “Research Associate”. During this one-year engagement (January–December 2025), he played a pivotal role in advancing research projects in the fields of management and business. His contributions included developing data-supported analyses, conducting systematic literature reviews, and assisting in academic manuscript development. These activities strengthened the college’s research capacity and contributed to high-impact publication outputs, highlighting his expertise in advanced research methodologies and knowledge synthesis, particularly within the contexts of digital transformation and human resource management.

In 2026, he joined AAB College in Prishtina (https://aab-edu.net/), one of the leading higher education institutions in Kosovo. At this institution, he teaches two courses at the Bachelor level: Knowledge and Innovation Management and Consumer Behavior.

 

His professional experience is extensive and diverse, covering key roles in digital media, human resource management, accounting, outsourcing sales, and business consulting. From 2018 to 2023, he was engaged at the Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK) in the Social Media Departament (https://www.rtklive.com/). During this period, he managed the national broadcaster’s multi-platform presence across social networks, developing and implementing content strategies that significantly increased audience engagement and reach. He collaborated closely with editorial and production teams to align digital output with broadcasting objectives, contributing to the strengthening of RTK’s digital image and its adaptation to modern communication trends.

Additionally, from 2018 to 2021, he served as Human Resources and Accounting Manager at the company “Akoma Te Fatlindi” (https://akomatefatlindi.com/).  In this role, he was responsible for drafting and implementing HR regulations, procedures, and practices, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal organizational policies. He also managed financial and accounting processes, including tax declarations, transaction recording in accounting books, and preparation of core financial statements.

Since 2022, Dr. Sc. Enis MULOLLI has operated as an Independent Business and Sales Consultant. In this role, he provides consulting and sales services for short-term commercial and advisory projects, supporting sales pipeline management, client onboarding, and post-sales follow-up activities. He utilizes various CRM systems for lead tracking, client communication, and reporting, collaborating with international clients across Europe, primarily in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), to achieve specific project commercial objectives.

 

Dr. Sc. Enis MULOLLI’s commitment to continuous professional advancement and his dedication to the development of management science are underpinned by a robust scholarly foundation that continuously expands through ongoing research engagement. He has published a substantial body of work in internationally renowned journals published by world-leading academic publishers including Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, and Sage.
