AAB College and the Institute for Cooperation and Development from France sign cooperation agreement

AAB College and the Institute for Cooperation and Development from France signed a cooperation agreement aimed at promoting academia, education and culture between the two institutions. The agreement was signed by the Rector of AAB College, Dr. Sc. Bujar Demjaha, President of the Institute for Cooperation and Development, Mr. Tahir Shabani, the deputy of the Parliament of the Republic and the Canton of Geneva and the Vice President of the institute, Mr. Eric Leyvraz.

This cooperation agreement entails the creation of opportunities for networking and mutual exchange of teachers, academic staff in the field of research, exchange of students and other staff for lectures, for visits and exchange of experiences with universities in France, Switzerland and Europe, as well as eventual meetings with the European Commission.

In addition to the signing of the agreement, a ceremony was held for the certification of personalities by the World Peace Committee. On this occasion, the Rector of AAB College, Bujar Demjaha was awarded the certificate “Ambassador of World Peace”, which was attended by Dr. Rabit Sadiku, Vice President in the capacity of representative from the World Peace Committee.

After signing the agreement and awarding the certificates, Mr. Eric Leyvraz gave an informative lecture for the students of AAB College on parliamentary diplomacy, introducing them to the Swiss legislative system, the short history of the development of the Swiss state, the cultural and historical features of this country and then finally interacted with the students, answering their questions and comments.
