AAB College and the NGO “Voice of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians” (VoRAE) have signed a cooperation
agreement aimed at supporting students from these communities throughout their university studies.
The agreement establishes a framework for developing and implementing support mechanisms to
improve academic success, increase participation in university life, and prepare students for the labor
market. At the core of this initiative is an affirmative approach aimed at narrowing the educational gap
created by systemic exclusion and discrimination.
The cooperation includes:
– Peer mentoring among students
– Academic and professional tutoring
– Career guidance and professional development
– Integrative activities to promote active participation in university life
VoRAE will provide methodological and advisory support by sharing best practices for educational
inclusion and community empowerment, as well as assisting in identifying students’ needs and
developing effective approaches to support them.
This collaboration represents an important step toward institutionalizing support for students and
creating a more inclusive and equitable higher education system.
