AAB College creates a variety of cooperation opportunities with different institutions in France

The Rector of AAB College, Bujar Demjaha and Vice-rector Venera Llunji conducted a one-week visit to France, in the Hauts-de-France region, as part of the delegation that represented Kosovo as a country in the field of education and culture.

Within the organization of the Embassy of France in Kosovo and the French Alliance in Prishtina, during this visit the representatives of AAB had the opportunity to conduct visits and meetings in important educational and cultural institutions, in the cities of Amiens, Cambrai, Tourcoing, Lens, Lille, Graveline, Dunkerque, etc.

During the meeting at the Maison de la culture d’Amiens, Demjaha and Llunji discussed with the heads of this institution on the practices of the educational project of Amiens, which aims to engage the entire municipality towards the ages 0-25 based on the prior problems and fields. In Amiens they were also received by the heads of the municipality, where many interesting topics related to education and culture were discussed and contacts were made for cooperation in order to create a network between the parties.

Another cooperation opportunity, for the Faculty of Arts of AAB College was created during the visit to Le Fresnoy-National Contemporary Art Studio, in the city of Tourcoing. In the meeting with the mayor of the Municipality of Tourcoing, rector Demjaha spoke about the development of AAB College, the importance of it for our society in Kosovo and beyond, while the Vice-rector Llunji met the Vice-president for international relations and cooperation, sharing experiences and opportunities for cooperation for our students and those of Tourcoing.

In the visit to Dunkerque, a city of sports and recreation with a focus on young people, the opportunities of starting the cooperation of AAB College, especially in sports, were also initiated.

During this visit, AAB representatives were also received in various institutions and galleries such as Lewarde Mining History center and Louvre Lens, Gravelines nuclear power plant, Harbor Museum of Dunkerque, FRAC Grand Large, Theater de la Licorne, Lille Opera, etc…

The entire organization of this visit and numerous meetings were organized by H.E. Ambassador Butel and it was realized with the help of the Attaché Donato Giulianni, staff members: Valon Ibraj and Fikrije Pllashniku, as well as from the French Alliance as a result of the cooperation between AAB College and the Embassy of France in Kosovo.
