At the Chamber’s Theatre of AAB College, the Faculty of Economics organized the activity “Green Economy Day”, a day of academic discussions, student awareness and promotion of the European Green Agenda.
The activity was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Prof.Assoc.Dr. Xhavit Islami, who emphasized the role of the green economy in sustainable development and the responsibility that young people bear for the transition towards ecological models of development.

The event continued with the panel moderated by Prof. Assoc. Dr Besime Ziberi, which was attended by experts and academics from the region, including: Prof. Assoc. Dr. Liza Alili Sulejmani (International Balkan University), Oltion Beshiri (Community Development Fund), and professors Xhavit Islami, Besime Ziberi of AAB College.
Signing of AAB – International Balkan University Agreement
As part of the activities, the signing of the agreement between AAB College and International Balkan University was also held, which paves the way for new academic, scientific collaborations and student exchanges.
Lecture on clean energy and green marketing
The participants attended two professional lectures: “Economy and clean energy for a competitive Kosovo” by Adnan Reka “Teravolti LLC”, and “The importance of green marketing and the role of banks in supporting sustainable projects” by Gjylfidane Kastrati, career expert at the Central Bank of Kosovo.
