The Faculty of Psychology of AAB College organized a one-day workshop “How to improve performance and concentration in lectures” in which lecturer was Mr. Yana Yaneva.

Participants were provided with knowledge about meditation as a method of improving school performance, different meditation techniques etc.

Students asked questions about different forms of meditation.
