AAB College hosted a special event dedicated to high school graduates from across Kosovo, focusing on academic advising, career guidance, higher education opportunities, and professional development.
The Career Office of AAB College organized the event as part of the institution’s ongoing commitment to supporting young people in making informed decisions about their future studies and careers.
The event was opened by Jehona Rukovci, Head of the Career Office, who welcomed participants and emphasized the importance of early career planning, academic orientation, and informed decision-making when selecting a field of study and future profession.
The keynote speakers included Gent Shala, a consultant specializing in professional development, organizational processes, leadership, and workforce skills, and Greta Imeri, a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in career counseling, personal development, mental well-being, and youth empowerment. They shared valuable professional insights, practical advice, and personal experiences, helping students better understand the challenges and opportunities associated with career planning and higher education pathways.
Throughout the event, participants engaged in a variety of interactive activities and discussions. Using digital engagement platforms, students were encouraged to share their aspirations, concerns, and perspectives regarding career choices, university studies, employability skills, and future professional goals.
