Third-year student at the Faculty of Computer Science – Programming at AAB College, Milot Hyseni, has achieved significant professional success by being hired as an AI Engineer at the global company Genpact, after successfully completing an internship program.
Milot was informed about the possibility of professional practice by AAB College, within the framework of the collaboration with Agilyti, a partnership that aims to create concrete opportunities for students for professional development and integration into the labor market.
Thanks to his commitment, dedication and performance during the internship, he managed to gain the trust of the company and continue his professional journey as part of the Genpact team.
In his role as an AI Engineer, Milot is engaged in the development and implementation of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, building and integrating AI models and automations in various applications, collaborating with teams to analyze requirements and create efficient solutions, as well as testing, optimizing and maintaining AI systems.
This success proves once again the quality of the professional preparation that AAB College students receive during their studies, as well as the importance of collaborations with industry, which create direct bridges to employment.
