AGREEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN AAB COLLEGE AND THE KOSOVO COMPETITION AUTHORITY

At the initiative of the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Public Administration, Dean, Prof. Ass. Dr. Petrit Bushi, Vice Dean, Prof. Ass. Dr. Donik Sallova, and the Rector of AAB College, Dr. Sc. Bujar Demjaha signed a cooperation agreement with the President of the Kosovo Competition Authority, Mr. Valon Prestreshi.

This agreement, which was signed on the premises of AAB College, aims for cooperation, support and coordination of activities between the two institutions, and to promote joint efforts in issues of mutual interest.

The two institutions will coordinate activities in order to further and advance academic and professional life through cooperation in the development of various modules and study programs; creating a class in the field of competition policy and adding it to the AAB curriculum in accordance with the Kosovo Competition Authority; exchange of experiences, good practices, experts and relevant literature on institutional development, for the purpose of professional and academic advancement of students and staff of the Kosovo Competition Authority; drafting research programs in accordance with bilateral requirements and interests; joint organization of scientific and professional activities such as symposia, seminars, conferences, roundtables, summer schools, and trainings; positive impact on the approximation of study programs to the needs of the labor market; bilateral technical and organizational support; holding lectures (on specific topics) by members of the Kosovo Competition Authority in front of AAB students; publication of professional and academic works of members of the Kosovo Competition Authority in the scientific journal THESIS under the standards set by the editorial board of the journal; realization of various forms of cooperation in accordance with common interests of both parties. 

The meeting was also attended by the Vice Rector for International Relations and Cooperation, Prof. Ass. Dr. Venera Llunji, Mr. Sakip Imeri, and Mrs. Fatime S. Haziri from the Kosovo Competition Authority.
